Specialized ABA Support To Help Children with Autism Thrive
At PCBH, we recognize the unique needs of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental conditions.
Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are critical in delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. They provide one-on-one, structured support that helps children build communication, social, and life skills in everyday settings. RBTs are nationally credentialed professionals who work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to carry out treatment plans and track measurable progress.
RBTs work directly with children in the home, school, or community to:
Implement ABA-based behavior plans
Teach adaptive skills and reduce problem behaviors
Collect and record behavior data
Support the generalization of learned skills across environments
Provide consistent reinforcement and coaching
Their role is therapeutic and hands-on, bridging the gap between planning and progress
Who Needs RBT Services?
Children and adolescents who:
Are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Require structured, behavior-focused intervention
Benefit from one-on-one support in real-life settings
Are enrolled in PCBH’s ABA-based
IBHS programming
Why It Works
ABA is one of the most evidence-based approaches to treating autism-related behaviors. RBTs help bring these strategies to life with consistency, compassion, and professionalism, helping children gain independence, reduce harmful behaviors, and succeed across settings.
Our RBTs are thoroughly trained, supervised, and integrated into a larger team that includes BCBAs, Behavioral Consultants, and families, ensuring that every child receives care tailored to their goals and strengths.
Let’s Build a Brighter Future
If your child could benefit from ABA therapy delivered by a trained, compassionate professional, PCBH’s RBT team is ready to help.
